We have a variety of courses available.

Beginners Courses

For those who have no experience or previous background in Martial Arts. This course covers:

Basic techniques in Karate and Kickboxing
Combination techniques
Self Defence and Free Form

Intermediate Courses

Sparring

Fighting:
- Semi-contact Karate
- Full-contact Karate
- Kickboxing
Train to fight in amateur karate, kickboxing National and International Tournaments

Advanced Courses

The following courses are available to students both within and outside of the organization wanting to be qualified Instructors. Applicants need to have a Black Belt or over three years experience, showing proficiency in all techniques. All certificates are recognized internationally.

Certify to Referee and Judge

Certify as Assistant Coach or Instructor
Certify as an Official Representative
Certify as Instructor

There are many options available to cater for the variety of needs students have.
